HTC has released a smartphone Desire 22 Pro with support for the metaverse and NFT. The phone will have a 6.6-inch display powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. The gadget is compatible with the Viverse ecosystem and HTC VR products such as the Vive Flow headset.
The Desire 22 Pro also allows you to manage digital assets, including NFTs, through the Vive Wallet app. And the Vive Avatar service allows you to create virtual avatars.
The Desire 22 Pro is slated to go on sale July 1 for approximately $405. HTC already has blockchain smartphones in its lineup: Exodus 1 and Exodus 1s. On the latter, you can run a Bitcoin node and mine Monero.
Smartphones with built-in NFT support and other crypto entertainment will become much more by 2023, especially after the announcement of Solana Mobile.
